Businesses both corporate and non-profit in NWI, Chicagoland, and nationwide find us to be ideal for events such as fundraisers, awards banquets, client appreciation dinners, workshops, and retreats with plenty to do in the surrounding areas of Crown Point, Merrillville, Hobart, and Valparaiso. Just 45 minutes from downtown Chicago and 1.7 miles East of I-65 on US Route 30, Avalon Manor Banquet Center is conveniently located and easily accessible to all our guests. For out of town guests, a multitude of hotels in the Merrillville and Hobart area are only .5 to 1.5 miles down the road!

Avalon Manor’s meeting facilities with state-of-the-art amenities will ensure your company’s event is a success. A large selection of audio visual equipment, WiFi Internet, and expert AV techs are available to assist in your presentations and enhance your meeting. Parking is free to all guests and vendors. Our sales staff can provide recommendations for DJ’s, printing companies, entertainment, and other vendors who provide excellent service. We will tailor your meeting or banquet space requirements to accommodate trade shows of over 100 vendors, board meetings as low as 20 members, or holiday parties for any size company for any amount of guests.

Your personal sales coordinator will work closely with you to create the set-up design, menu, timing, and other features to best suit your own unique needs.
